About the Opportunity
Brock11 is partnering with a growing food manufacturing organization to identify a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own and elevate the recruiting function across both high-volume production hiring and salaried professional roles.
 
This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting while also helping to build scalable recruiting strategies, strengthen candidate pipelines, and enhance the overall candidate experience. The organization is looking for someone who is not only organized and execution-focused, but also creative in how they source and attract talent in a competitive labor market.
 
Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across both hourly manufacturing roles and professional-level positions. This role will play a key part in developing sourcing strategies, improving recruiting processes, and building strong talent pipelines to support ongoing business growth.
 
This individual will also serve as a partner to leadership, helping to identify hiring needs, improve time-to-fill, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
 
Key Responsibilities
  - Lead full-cycle recruiting for both high-volume manufacturing roles and salaried professional positions
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract talent across multiple channels
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting workflows
- Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruiting strategies
- Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate flow, and hiring outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Support onboarding processes and contribute to continuous improvement of candidate experience
- Represent the organization at career fairs, community events, and other recruiting initiatives
- Identify new opportunities to expand sourcing reach and strengthen employer brand presence
 
What We’re Looking For
  - Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment, including high-volume hiring
- Ability to recruit for both hourly production roles and salaried professional positions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Creative and proactive sourcing mindset with the ability to cast a wide net for candidates
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with leaders at all levels of the organization
- Data-driven approach to recruiting, with the ability to track and improve key metrics
 
Preferred Qualifications
  - Associate’s degree or relevant education/training, or equivalent recruiting experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments
 
Work Environment
  - On-site role within a food manufacturing facility
- Ability to walk the floor and engage with operations as needed
- Exposure to varying temperatures within the plant environment
