We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our clients' dynamic team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Project Planning:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

 

Resource Management:

  • Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Oversee subcontractor and vendor selection and management.

 

Quality and Safety:

  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards on construction sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance.

 

Budget and Cost Control:

  • Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets.

 

Client Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients.

 

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Resolve any project-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.

 

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate project teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

 

Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
  • Prepare project progress reports for senior management.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Understanding of relevant construction regulations and codes.
